- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would not recommend this practice. I have been seeing a wonderful doctor there for years, Dr. Frances Chang. I had a recent appointment scheduled for months which the office just cancelled. I called to reschedule to find out Dr. Chang is leaving the practice. I was told I could not get an appointment with her before her departure. I find this to be appalling. A doctor is someone you trust and I wanted her to follow through with my recent blood work tests. I will find another practice and NEVER recommend Capital Health Primary Care to anyone. I was treated with such disrespect!
